My name is Jodi and I’m the photographer & creative behind La Vie Creative Co. I’ve been the sole photographer at Tickled Blue since 2012 and have decided to rebrand for 2024. I just turned 40 and decided there’s no time like the present to sort of reset and give everything a fresh overhaul. I’m still doing what I love, photographing the many beautiful faces of Charleston, just changing things up a bit.

I’m now doing At Home Newborn Shoots as my focus. Family shoots are done on a seasonal basis mini shoot style. You can read more info about all styles of photography now offered under the photography tab.

I was born and raised in the great state of SC and made the lowcountry my home in 2007. I met my husband fresh out of the Army in 2002 where he served as an Army Ranger. After graduation from USC in Columbia, we made the move to Charleston for his career with the Mount Pleasant Police Dept. I always say, he’s the sensible one and I’m the creative one.

We have 2 beautiful children, Easton(2011) & Hallie(2014) plus some furry friends, Chapo and Blue Moon.
