CORN CASSEROLE RECIPE:
1 can corn-Drained
1 can cream corn
1 cup sour cream
1 stick melted butter(1/2 cup)
1 box Jiffy corn Muffin Mix (8.5 oz box)
optional: grated sharp cheddar
Here’s whatcha do:
Mix ALL ingredients in a bowl. Transfer mix to a greased 8×8 baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Optional-Top with Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese!
