Weeknight Lasagna

Super EASY and delicious Lasagna made with Frozen Ravioli.


1 bag 24 ct. frozen raviolis. You can use any kind you choose, but I like the spinach/ricotta

1 jar ‘Yo Mamas’ Marinara(they have a spicy version that is amazing, but my kids didn’t love the extra heat)

Bag of shredded Italian Cheese (2 cups)

Shredded Parm or flakes (1/3 cup)


Spread a layer of marinara on bottom of baking dish. Lay out ravioli pieces evenly. Cover with layer of marinara. Layer of Ricotta, sprinkle with italian cheese. 

Layer more Ravioli, layer of marinara, (skip the ricotta on this layer or it’s just too much), sprinkle with italian cheese and parmesan cheese.

Cover with foil and bake that mamajama for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove Foil and bake another 15 minutes uncovered or until the cheese is bubbly and beginning to brown.

Serve with garlic bread and salad.

If there is any leftover, it’s also great the next day as leftovers!
